Michelle Gentek
A resident
of Gloucester Township for 17 years Michelle Gentek is a former small
business owner and an active community member. Michelle volunteers
her time in her children’s schools and as a religious education
teacher. A former Cub Scout Leader and team mom Michelle presently
works as a substitute secretary. Through her Neighborhood Watch Chairperson
position of 11 years, Michelle has worked closely with her neighbors
and the Gloucester Twp. Police Department in making her neighborhood
safer. Her advocacy of public safety continued as she championed
and successfully had the Gloucester Township Firearms Hunting ordinance
amended in 2007. In 2008 Michelle received the “Women Who
Make a Difference” award presented by the Mayor and Council.
Michelle resides with her husband of 17 years, Dennis, and their three
sons Ryan, Matthew and Thomas in the southern part of the Township.
